Sample making is one of the most crucial steps in clothing manufacturing. It reflects your tech pack and technical drawings, helping you understand what your design will look like before mass production, preventing any unexpected dissatisfaction.
All samples are produced by our in-house sample team, usually within 7-10 days.
Mass clothing production reduces production time and lowers unit costs through standardized design and manufacturing processes, ensuring consistency in garment quality and design. This approach streamlines operations, minimizes waste, and optimizes resource utilization, making it an economical, efficient, and reliable method for meeting high demand.
Making clothing samples is a crucial step in the fashion industry.
Samples help customers to see their concept in concrete form and to be able to evaluate the style and size of the garment. This is essential for making the necessary adjustments prior to mass production.
Samples help in checking the accuracy of the sizing and fit. This is crucial to ensure that the clothing is comfortable and fits as intended.
Samples help in accurately estimating the production costs, including material, labor, and time.
Evaluate the manufacturer's professionalism and reliability by checking the quality of the samples, including the quality of the fabrics and accessories, the effect of the prints, the stitching, and the overall effect.
Receiving feedback from clients or buyers allows for necessary modifications and improvements, ensuring higher satisfaction levels.
By ensuring that the design, fit, and quality meet expectations, samples help reduce the financial risk associated with mass production.
In the fashion industry, garment manufacturers often charge for samples, which might initially seem perplexing to customers. However, understanding the reasons behind this practice reveals the value it adds.
Charging for samples helps us to identify and prioritize serious customers, ensuring that our time and resources are used for those who are genuinely interested in making volume orders.
Sample fees are used to cover the cost of fabrics, accessories and labor so that the company can better maintain its business operations and so that we can complete the production of samples without compromising the quality of the materials or workmanship.
By paying for samples, we allow our customers to pay more attention to the production of samples and ensure that these resources are utilized efficiently, which reduces unnecessary production and waste of resources.

Customization often involves unique fabrics, special prints, and detailed embroidery. The sample fee covers these extra costs, allowing us to tailor each sample to meet specific client requirements, ensuring it perfectly matches their vision.
The sample fee includes packaging and shipping costs. This ensures that the sample is properly protected during transit and delivered safely to the client for review, maintaining its quality and integrity throughout the process.
Specific sample fees and included items may vary depending on the specifics of the garment design. The price of the raw materials used and the complexity of the production process will affect the price of the samples, and the cost components of the samples will be clearly explained to you prior to any quotation.
Sending us your tech pack is the most efficient and convenient way to let us know your needs. Because tech pack is a document containing all the detailed information about your clothing including mock-up, fabric, size, accessories and etc.
A competent technical package should contain comprehensive details on the manufacturing of garments, which will ensure more accurate and efficient production.
Technical sketches should include detailed front, back, and side views of the garment. Close-ups of specific details like pockets, buttons, and stitching are essential.
These sketches ensure everyone involved in production has a clear visual reference, reducing errors and miscommunication.
A comprehensive size chart with precise measurements for each size is crucial. Including acceptable measurement tolerances helps maintain consistency across production.
Clear specifications ensure that the final product fits as intended, meeting the design and quality standards.
The BOM should list all fabrics, trims, and accessories needed, along with detailed descriptions and quantities.
This helps in sourcing the correct materials and ensures nothing is overlooked, facilitating a smooth production process.
Color specifications using Pantone or fabric color codes are critical for consistency.
Labeling details of prints and patterns, including their placement, prevents variations in the final product.
Diagrams showing label placement and specifications for materials and printing ensure consistent branding.
Proper labeling is crucial for brand identity and compliance with regulations, making these details essential for production.
Clear instructions on folding and packing each garment, along with details on packaging materials, ensure products are delivered in pristine condition.
Proper packaging instructions help prevent damage during transit and ensure a professional presentation.

When the samples are confirmed, we will arrange mass production. Our production time is about 25-35 days, but it will be different due to the quantity of different products and the complexity of the process.
When you approve the samples, we will confirm the bulk order with you and send you an invoice for the deposit. After you pay the deposit we use the deposit to purchase fabrics, accessories, and to cover the appropriate labor costs.
We purchase all the raw materials used in the production of samples in large quantities, including fabrics, various accessories, etc., to ensure the consistency of the garments.
When all the materials are back, we will check the quality one by one.
Fabrics are the basis for making high quality garments, so at the very beginning, we will check all the fabrics meter by meter.
When the fabric passes the inspection, we will do the pre-shrinking treatment. Unshrunken fabrics may shrink about 3% to 5% after the first wash, while shrunken fabrics can be controlled within a lower shrinkage rate, usually between 1% and 3%.

The paper pattern was already created when the samples were customized, so all we had to do was print the pattern again and overlay it on the fabric so that we could batch cut the required components, both efficiently and to ensure uniformity.

Fabric Piles
We print or embroider on cut fabrics to help ensure that the pattern or design is accurately printed on the garment, and there will always be some imperfections in the printing or embroidery process so that only the fabric to be printed needs to be recut to avoid wasting other fabric piles.

A garment is made up of multiple parts, and not every tailor is familiar with all the processes. To ensure efficient production and quality, we adopt standardized procedures.
This not only improves work efficiency but also ensures consistency in the quality of each part. Standardized procedures allow each tailor to focus on what they excel at, ultimately working together to produce a high-quality finished product.

After all parts are sewn together it’s time for the quality control process. Each garment is thoroughly checked for any defects such as loose threads, stains, or incorrect stitching. Inspectors ensure that all aspects, including seams, hems, and zippers, are up to standard.
The dimensions of each garment are verified to ensure they match the specified size charts. This includes checking the length, width, and other critical measurements.
These components are tested for items with functional elements like zippers, buttons, or snaps to ensure they work correctly and are securely attached.
Once inspected, we will label each garment with the size, care instructions and brand upon request. This may include sewing on woven labels or attaching hang tags and packaging them individually.
